Violence is one of the most fun things to watch.
Quentin Tarantino will receive an honorary achievement award at the 36th annual Cesar Awards on Feb. 25. The Cesars are the French equivalent to the American Oscars, and Tarantino is being recognized for being a “great international artist,” according to Cesar president Alain Terzian. Rock on Quentin! What a funny dude.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenThe only one I haven't seen yet is "Le Nom Des Gens". I think Of Gods and Men should win best film and I'd be surprised if The Social Network doesn't win for foreign film.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenOo nice list of gore movie :D I must watch it :d
BeantwoordenVerwijderenActually, I'd cite "Inglorious Basterds" as proof that violence can be boring. I gave up on it after about 30 minutes. It's like some kind of weird donkey porn. Unless you share the fetish there's no reason to watch.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenyeah hes definately had his moments
BeantwoordenVerwijderen@Sucio, you didn't watch inglorious fully? :O
BeantwoordenVerwijderen@sucio, How can you NOT like the first part of the movie. You must be Jewish...
BeantwoordenVerwijderenIt's a frikkin MASTERPIECE. You're heavily trolling.
Waltz did a tremendous job as The Jew Hunter as did the Basterds. You'll probably don't like Pulp Fiction either. :P I'm sorry but i'm angry when someone is calling Inglorious Basterds "boring". When i was at the theatre watching the movie, well the whole public gave the film a standing ovation for two minutes( never happened before) and i left the cinema with this feeling: HOLY... This film was amazing! You should rewatch it man, you haven't seen anything
Also, i watched 2001: A Space Odessey and it's quite a long film and gets boring after a while because of the longevity but a real man keeps on watching and i was amazed by the classic music, the several scènes and the psychedelic trip+ the symbolic ending. 2001 might be a very long and dull movie at first, but its was such a great experience.
